The Requirements:

-You must be native / fluent Dutch / Flemish speaker with genuine drive to succeed
-To be successful in recruitment and at Nigel Frank International you should be results focused and be a strong communicator
-You should be of a positive, confident and enthusiastic nature
-Recruitment is about searching for rare candidates and negotiating with enterprise businesses on behalf of your candidates so it's important you are professional and resilient
