Job descriptionSupport the HR department with their daily responsibilities
Database management
Input records in an HR database system using identifying criteria
Discuss the daily/weekly priorities and work planning with the team
Capture progress and completion in spreadsheet
Job requirements
This is a temporary role period of at least 1 month
Fluent in English, Dutch would be a plus
Affinity with HR administration and procedures would be an asset
Experience in administrative roles working with databases and Excel sheets is an absolute must
Strong communicator, being able to clearly communicate through all layers of the organization
Proactive, being able to work individually, defining and realizing own goals
Able to work as part of the team as well as operating independent
Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel
