The Opportunity

Working as a Customer Service Representative with Spanish and Italian you will be responsible for dealing with customer queries by telephone and email. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing and forward thinking business

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to telephone and email queries in line with SLA requirements
Capture and input accurate customer data
Accurate processing of invoices, credit notes and refund

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate for this role will ideally be fluent in Spanish and Italian.You will have a background in customer service and or call centre work. With first class communication skills and a passion for problem solving and high levels of service delivery you will be confident on the phone.
