Job description Sales Manager - French and Dutch/Flemish

Finding and analysing information relating to existing and potential customers through active product sales.
Acquiring and advising new customers and making product sales
Managing a defined customer base in accordance with the sales concept
Customer care, responding to customer requests and correspondenc
Dealing with customer complaints and queries
Handling credit freezes
Identifying and using information relevant to fleet management and routes, operating within credit requirements
Increasing the sales of fuels and products of our customer business unit Fuels/Vehicle Service and increasing sales in our customer service products business unit.
Reactivation of customers with low or no sales
Recovery of customers from the competition
Informing customers regarding innovations in the service
Other activities including:
- Participation in fairs and other events
- weekly preparation and manufacture of visit schedules and associated reporting
- reporting to branch management

Job requirements Sales Manager - French and Dutch/Flemish

French, Dutch and Flemish speaking with fluent English
Motivated and pro-active sales person
Min. 5 years of experience in sales
Excellent communication and negotiations skills
