Summary of RoleCarrier Relations is a crucial department within our organization as it relates to the contract management (new and existing) for all our services across ACN Europe. You will be instrumental in helping ACN re-launch new products and services towards our sales representative and customers (B2C).

The?Manager of Carrier Relations will manage part of our European carrier relations. The initial focus is providers in Western Europe of which?you will manage existing carrier contracts, review these on a regular base (price / performance) and re-open the negotiations when necessary in order to ensure contributing to our revenues. You participate in related vendor projects across the ACN Europe organization. In addition, you will add your contribution to our contract – vendor management strategy and will participate for identifying, contacting, negotiating and contracting new carriers.?

Our new colleague has a solid understanding of Voice (DSL, VoIP) services, preferred knowledge of Multi play - triple play and Mobile (MVNO – MVNE) Carriers. Experience in a B2C environment is essential.

In this role, you will report to our Director of Carrier Relations.
