We are looking to hire a talented, enthusiastic and hard-working lead Java Software Engineer/Developer. The position is perfect for an ambitious developer who would prefer to be a driving force behind innovation rather than someone who looks at a specification and follows it word for word going through the motions. He will participate in the Scrum team.

As a lead developer you’ll be responsible for a team of 5 programmers. In addition to your lead development tasks you will be developing new applications, and adding new functionality to the existing ones. You are responsible for maintaining and improving the software architecture and delivering quality software in the established time tables.
