LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a for either a Danish, Swedish or Dutch spkg Customer Service/ logistics / Supply Chain Coordinator for a Global company to work within the International customer service team

You will be working in their cosmopolitan and vibrant international customer services/ logistics team, experience within customer service is essential

Danish, Swedish or Dutch Customer Services Logistics / Supply Chain Coordinator Duties:

Managing the customer contract process from Order Entry to the end
Establishing communication with important customers throughout the process
Order Entry and backlog quality as well as optimizing purchase transfers
Order Fulfillment grounded and completed on Time
Orders validation, compliance and approvals before Order Entry
Confirms customer requested and Backlog management
Update timely key dates using mechanisms and reports
Set up Orders review with team manager
Following up of customer credit documentation, collections issues
Coordinating daily logistics traffic from warehouses

Danish, Swedish or Dutch Customer Services Logistics Coordinator - Supply Chain Field In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:

Fluent in either Swedish, Danish or Dutch and English (verbally and written)

Strong experience in project management or order management
Customer Satisfaction Oriented
Team player
Good understanding of the order fulfillment process
Excellent Verbal and written communication
