This has allowed them to grow the business incredibly fast and they have now centralised their EMEA Customer Support Centre in Dublin, Ireland.
The EMEA Customer Support centre manages all online sales, orders, product enquiries, invoicing, billing and logistics activities.
Role: This position will see you manage the entire sales transaction (orders, product enquiries, invoicing, billing and logistics activities). You will liaise with the customer, suppliers and logistics vendors to ensure that the services are delivered in a timely manner.

Skills; The ideal candidate will possess;
?Native-level Fluency in Dutch
?Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply chain or a similar customer facing role
?Good telephone manner and email communication
