The Company
A successful luxury home and fashion wholesale company with ambitious plans to establish an international luxury niche brand.
The Role
To manage all sales of the home ware collection through agents, interior designers and direct selling to stores. To
generate new leads and opportunities to grow the business. To ensure sales increase in a profitable, sustainable and
appropriate way.
Responsibilities
- Propose and agree sales budgets, forecasts and targets.
- Attend trade shows in UK and abroad to promote the brand, gain new and exploit existing customers.
- With the support of the Sales Administrator, deal with all enquiries and issues relating to customers.
- Ensure the sales agents have all tools required to achieve their sales forecast.
- Manage agents and ensure that they are sufficiently motivated to achieve their target.
- Gather prospect customers from directly operated territories.
- Develop relationships with private jet and yacht brands to promote the brand to their customers.
- Ensure all customers sign up to and adhere to the company terms and conditions including payment, delivery and discount terms.
- Identify opportunities to increase portfolio of corners.
- Use the company internal system to manage existing stores and sales activity. Identify areas for improvement if appropriate.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
Person
- At least 2 years experience of direct B2B selling of luxury home ware or interior textiles.
- Extensive contacts in the luxury homeware industry.
- Ideally experience in the luxury travel and corporate gift sectors.
- Fluent in at least 1 foreign European language.
- Well presented and able to deal with high profile clients.
- Previous experience selling at trade shows.

- Ability to work in a small business environment.
- Tenacious and enthusiastic drive for success.
- Good manager and planner.
