For the inhouse Multi Channel Customer Service Centre of one of our clients in Amstelveen, we are currently looking for (near) native French speaking customer service representatives with technical affinity.

Your job as a Technical Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for solving technical issues regarding the products of the company. You can expect questions concerning malfunctioning products or inquiries regarding the product specifications as well as problems that people encounter regarding the installation of products. You will work 30 - 36 hours per week on a rotation shift from Monday till Saturday from 8:00 - 20:00. The salary for this position is €10,50- gross per hour.

In this job you will be working in an international environment with native speakers from countries like Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Finland and fellow French. This creates a unique and informal atmosphere. Aside from a good working environment, this is a great place to meet other expats.

The company provides customer service for multiple premium companies and brands. They have several departments focusing on specific clients.

Your profile:
- You are a (near) native French speaker
- You are fluent in Dutch (spoken and written test will be conducted)
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written test will be conducted)
- You are currently living in or near Amsterdam/Utrecht. If you do not live in the Netherlands at the moment, you can not qualify for the job.
- You have good communication skills
- You have experience in working with customers (callcenter/restaurant/bar/hotels/stores etc.)
- You are available to work 30 - 36 hours per week
