Job description
- Sales Support- Is present at local office and available for internal and external requests via phone or e-mail
- Follows up on requests via internet portal
- Ensures availability of sales support materials and other office supplies
- Supports the organization of local and international meetings and conferences
- Organizes internal sales- and cycle-meetings
- Ensures a smooth communication between local sales force and overall Benelux back office (i.e. interface to Customer Service, Logistics, RA, Product Managers)
- Provides support to Sales Force on CRM system
- Minutes of meetings, support in presentations


- Marketing Support:- Translation, proof-reading, production, adaptation of promotion materials
- Manages local responses of marketing projects (e.g. mailing responses, experience programs, etc.)
- Provides support in the organization of local events and congresses
- Responds to Sponsoring requests
- Has a good understanding of overall company’s administrative processes and ensures that they are in place (and where needed, adapted) locally
- Support of Head of Business:
- Plan, organises meetings (including location, travel, catering etc.)
- Minutes of meetings, support in presentations



Requirements
- Bachelor in Office Management, Marketing or Communication
- Minimum of 5 years in similar position as PA or team assistant in sales and marketing team
- IT skills: Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and excel
- Strong organization and time management
- Dutch, English and French speaker
- Able to work flexible hours with overtime as needed
- Good personal presentation
- Trustworthy and high level of personal integrity
- Pro-active, results-driven, hit the ground running get it done attitude (a must)
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Customer orientated

Salary indication
2500 -2800 euro gross per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
