Beschrijving
You will be part of a small, but fast-growing team and work closely together with our business development team and technical team. Your responsibilities will include:?
- Perform financial analysis on solar project opportunities in the EMEA region;
- Create and maintain a network of external investors, banks and other relevant parties;
- Conduct negotiations with partners, institutional investors and banks;
- Prepare investment reports for internal approval and project financing purposes;
- Structuring of debt and equity for tax optimization;
- Review financing agreements;
- Conduct due diligence on all contract documents and risks to ensure projects meet financing criteria;
- Work with Project Development team to negotiate project documents with various parties (PPA, EPC, O&M, supplier, etc.)
