Your position

As Global Communication Advisor you are responsible for developing, maintaining and executing communication initiatives in line with the global business strategy. You will advise the Global Head of Marketing & Communication in further developing the global communication strategy. You will maintain, promote and improve internal- and external communication – and the means involved - to further support the growth strategy. You will also have the opportunity to be exposed to a large variety of strategic projects. You will work within the Global Marketing & Communications team and work closely together with the colleagues from around the world, specifically in the area of HR, sales and marketing.

Your responsibilities:

- Advise Global Head of Marketing & Communication on the execution and further development of the communication strategy
- Manage existing internal and external global communication tools (i.e. newsletters, intranet updates, management bulletins, etc.) with a strong focus on writing and editing content
- Proactively advise, provide hands-on support and share knowledge with internal stakeholders throughout the network of offices on global and local communication initiatives
- In cooperation with sales and marketing, translate ambitions and objectives of the commercial strategy into effective client communication, including development of materials and guidelines
- Create and implement new communication initiatives to further improve company culture and the excellent reputation within the industry
- Plan, coordinate and produce all corporate communication elements in acquisition-, integration- or divestment projects
- Overall responsibility for communication projects including project management, planning, vendor management and alignment with internal stakeholders

Requirements
- A bachelor degree, or master, degree in marketing or communication, preferably combined with a? commercial education
- 5-7 years working experience in marketing/communications environment, of which 3 years of project management
- Affinity with working in a corporate environment and in the professional services industry
- Fluent in English (preferably native speaker) Knowledge of Dutch would be a big plus.
- Excellent writing skills and evaluating texts
- Pragmatic and result-oriented approach
- Team player, self-starter, flexible, result driven, proactive
