Job description
As Technical Customer Support Representative you are the first point of contact for clients regarding queries that come in via email or telephone (inbound).

The queries are in connection with products and orders and have a light technical/software-related nature.

Besides this you are also responsible for phoning clients (outbound) to ensure up to date information.? You are expected to deal with clients proactively and professionally at all times.

Requirements
- fluent in German and English – verbally as well as written.?

- A Technical background (software/hardware) or technical affinity

- Living in/close to the area of Zoetermeer
- 40 hour per week availability

- Stable personality

- Pro-active and client-focussed?
- Stress-resistant??

Salary indication
