Undergoing an exciting period of growth, my client, a leading multinational supplier of specialised high-tech products is urgently looking to recruit a Dutch speaking customer services advisor, to join their dedicated customer care division at their European HQ in North West London.

Based in Greater London and within an easy commute by train from Baker Street or London Marylebone (30mins), the company offers all the benefits and training opportunities of working for a large corporation and is well worth the reverse commute. Conversely, it also offers an excellent opportunity to relocate if you want all the corporate benefits on your doorstep, without having to commute at all!

Offering exceptional training, you will become a key team member within the international customer services division. As a Dutch speaking customer services advisor has your role will involve taking responsibility for individual clients regarding product enquiries, order processing, delivery information via telephone, email and fax whilst

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must speak and write Dutch and English fluently as well as possess an excellent customer service background, excellent communication and administration skills, and be IT literate. Training will be provided on their in-house system but if you have used SAP, Oracle or JD Edwards this would be helpful.

This position requires an immediate start initially in a 6 month contract with permanent possibilities to follow.

Profile:
* Fluent in Dutch and English all written and spoken
* Previous experiences of working in customer services; import / export, sales administration, order processing, sales support roles
* Possess a professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Flexibility and willingness to work as a team member
* Proficient IT skills are essential and good working knowledge of relevant computer systems, procedures, workflow management and monitoring systems are desirable ( i.e SAP / Oracle and JD Edwards)
* Demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills, ability to prioritise work
* The ability to commute to North West London/Buckinghamshire borders or relocate
