STRUCTURED RESEARCHER NEEDED FOR HIGH-GROWTH COMPANY

We are expanding our team of talented and dedicated employees and are looking for research profiles to develop our candidate database.

THE POSITION
We need a strong research profile to develop our candidate database. You will be responsible for identifying and collecting information about potential candidates in the Netherlands for our senior executive network. Your key tools will be the Internet, various databases, LinkedIn and our own CRM system.
You possess a broad and general knowledge of and interest in the business community and appreciate working both in teams and individually. As a person, it is essential that you are curious and persistent and that you thrive in a job with definite boundaries, rou?tine procedures and a high degree of freedom with responsibility. Over time, you will be co-responsible for organising a search strategy and method. You will have all the neces?sary tools at your disposal to be successful, and you will be working independently with your research as a part of a strong research team.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate has:
• To be fluent in Dutch
• A relevant diploma or degree of higher education, for instance a bachelor’s degree, an Academy Foundation Degree in Business, etc.
• Newly graduated with solid experience from relevant student jobs and a very strong drive
• Inclination to be a team player in a successful company
• Sense of order and structured working style
• An independent nature with a strong drive and a high level of ambition
• The ability to take responsibility for own work tasks
• Broad interest in research, data processing and the business community
