Responsibilities:Provide solutions to customer's inquiries
Identify and resolve technical issues affecting customer client systems
Troubleshoot technical issues of clients customers
Keep the customer informed and updated throughout life of incident
Administration — execution of offers and orders and completing of all administration required
Requirements:
Dutch and fluent English
At least 6 months proven experience in a Service Desk environment
Being able to work in shifts on in a 7 days a week
No criminal record and/or registered at Police for criminal offenses as required by our clients (screening may take place)
