Responsibilities•Escalating IT issues to the IT manager where necessary
•Provide 2nd level technical support role to the clients
•Deal with the issues forward from 1st level advisors
•Responsible for managing backups and tape rotation
•Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
•Undertaking small- to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT manager
•Providing desktop and server support
•Supporting and maintaining MS Server/Desktops and MS Exchange
Requirements
-Dutch and English fluent
-IT degree or Diploma in Advance Computer applications
-Experience in providing IT support, ideally in a helpdesk environment
-Experience of Microsoft window servers, SQL server, Exchange server
-Excellent in Microsoft windows, Mac OS
-Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows on both desktop and server
-Sound knowledge of basic networking principles
