Our current C&B specialist is retiring and therefore we are now looking for a replacement.
The goal of the position is to implement and maintain the Lloyd's Register Reward and Performance strategy in The Netherlands and Belgium, to optimise Lloyd's Register’s employee engagement, and to link performance to reward, in order to maximise motivation, performance and the achievement of individual and corporate objectives.
Furthermore to implement and manage people policies, and ensure compliance to best practice and a positive work environment.
The scope for this position consists of approximately 900 employees and 200 contractors. Primarily The Netherlands and Belgium region but in an international context. Three different organisational entities, four business streams plus the corporate organisation. We have four different labour books / compensation and benefits structures, and four different pension arrangements / schemes.
Job Responsibilities
In this position you are responsible for the Reward and Performance strategy, policy and processes. You conduct reward research and advise HR management on reward policy. You keep the salary ranges and job grades up to date and monitor grading across the region. You are responsible for setting up and managing current job profiles according to global job grading process and / or with the benchmark. You oversee and implement global governance and compliance across all legislative and policy frameworks and ensure consistent interpretation of conditions and entitlements. Achieve consistency and compliance in The Netherlands and Belgium to the group-wide policies and local law requirements. You conduct meetings with the Dutch works council and the Belgium Social Committee.
