Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities
Make outbound contacts within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact centre management.
Investigating needs offering and promoting adapted products and services
Going the extra mile, providing a personalized service and sharing an outstanding experience with the customer
Consistently achieve call quality targets and meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
Adherence to current Sitel policies and guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience Target
Customer Service
Call centre experience desirable
Sales/Outbound experience
Marketing experience desirable

Strong understanding of communication, customer service and sales skills.
Ability to interact positively with customers, peers and supervisors
Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills (e.g. hardware, operating systems, internet).

Special Certifications
Candidates must have fluent Dutch language skills.

Pay Rate

This is a 12 week contract position.
