Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities
• Make outbound contacts within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact centre management.
• Investigating needs offering and promoting adapted products and services
• Going the extra mile, providing a personalized service and sharing an outstanding experience with the customer
• Consistently achieve call quality targets and meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
• Adherence to current Sitel policies and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
Experience Target
• Customer Service
• Call centre experience desirable
• Sales/Outbound experience
• Marketing experience desirable
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Strong understanding of communication, customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to interact positively with customers, peers and supervisors
• Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills (e.g. hardware, operating systems, internet).
• Self-motivated
Special Certifications
Candidates must have fluent Dutch language skills.
