My client, an online finance and payments company based in Dundalk in Ireland, is looking for Norwegian speaking professionals who have strong customer focus and a financial understanding.

The core duties of the position will be:
• Assisting customers from inbound calls and emails
• Ensuring customers are compliant with terms of usage
• Implementing controls and anti-fraud regulations
• Review customer accounts and make decisions based on your discretion to minimize loss
• Taking care of customer needs


As a candidate you will be:
• Customer Focused
• Knowledgeable of internal systems and software
• Educated to degree level
• An excellent communicator
• A great decision maker


You must :
• be fluent in Dutch and English
• have experience in a customer support role (min 6 months) or financial knowledge
