Responsibilities:

o Ensure client satisfaction by offering specialized advice
o Identify the best solution of customer queries
o Solve technical issue of customers
o Provide basic trouble shooting
o Handle customer queries by phone, email or chat


Requirements:

o Fluent Dutch, French and English speaker
o Ready to relocate to Maarsen/Utrecht, Netherlands
o High School Diploma or Equivalent
o Knowledge of computer and technology
o Customer Service experience
