LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking either a German or Dutch spkg Customer Service Executive for a Global Pharmaceutical company to work International Accounting team

You will be working in their cosmopolitan and vibrant international customer services team, experience within customer service is essential as well as excellent and written and spoken communication skills

German or Dutch spkg Customer Service / Pharmaceutical Field Duties:


•Providing excellent customer service for customers


•Responding to customer queries


•Professional relationship building with customers and commercial partners in the pharmaceutical sectors.


•Provide knowledge and accurate information to customers


•Working in accordance with agreed service level and standard


•Providing: Delivery, stock details, Product information,


•Management of service calls (call booking etc)


•Customer satisfaction calls AS WELL AS surveys


•Following up on customer complaints

German or Dutch spkg Customer Service / Pharmaceutical Field In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:

Fluent in German or Dutch and English (verbally and written)
Previous client and customer service experience
Excellent communication skills as well as administrative skills, ability to prioritize work
Ability to work well in a busy customer services environment.
