Summary of the Position
The Facilities Service Representative supports the Manager Facility Services as a member of the Facility Services team and as such is responsible for responding to calls from stores for repairs and maintenance of all European stores, regional offices, European Service Center and European Headquarters. Tasks and Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative for stores, regional office
Responsible to respond to calls from stores for repairs and maintenance follow-up with the Facility Service Manager
Data entry of new stores, relocations, remodels or deletion of stores
Follow-up on repairs in the stores and offices
The coordination of sending out bid packages to new vendors
Reviewing of all invoices before signing.

Job requirements

Candidate Profile
High potential, certification in construction, facilities or technical degree is a plus
Excellent communications and analytical skills
Minimum of 3 years position related experience, preferably within an international (retail) company
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Dutch; other EU languages are a strong plus
Advanced Excel skills
Strong problem solver who understands problem identification and the problem solving process
You are able to effectively present information and you are decisive and quick to respond
Open to new ideas and flexible
Pro-active, very well organized
Team player with a service-oriented attitude
