Capital reporting analyst (interim)

As Capital Reporting Analyst you are part of Operations and will report to the head of Consolidation & Reporting.

Main responsibilities:

• Consolidation of capital numbers (Solvency I and Capital Framework) on a quarterly basis
  • Prepare/discuss ?instructions for reporting units
  • Ongoing communication with the local reporting contacts in the country units to ensure timely alignment and preparation
  • Maintain chart of accounts/reporting manual
  • Data integrity check through automated controls and analytical reviews
  • Prepare reports for the Risk and Capital Reporting & Analysis team
• Track status of reporting unit deliverables and maintain process overview during quarterly closing process
• Analyze numbers provided by country units on a quarterly basis.
• Engage with Risk and Capital Reporting & Analysis team to keep up with relevant developments
• Ensure that the capital reporting requirements and principles (based on the Capital Management framework) are consistently and accurately applied by country units
• As part of quarterly closing process, participate in capital calls and address/resolve reporting issues with? the reporting ?units
• Perform the activities compliant to internal controls and procedures
• Participate in the annual budget preparation process
