Are you an ambitious and international orientated Credit Controller? And do you have minimal 2-3 years of working experience in Credit Control?

For an international and rapidly growing company we are looking for a Credit Controller. As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for the credit control of a part of the Benelux customers, administrative support to the Benelux and Emerging Markets. The Credit Controller will work closely with the Finance team Benelux, Sales team Benelux, Corporate Finance team and third party customers.

Tasks and responsibilities:

•Chasing customers payments, ensuring cash is collected at due date & identifying issues for non-payment
•Keep a daily contact with customers to ensure that cash is received on or before the due date.
•Assisting in resolving customer claims / issues (for example pricing disputes, delivery disputes).
•Send customer statements & reminders
•Back Up for Credit Controller Benelux & Emerging Markets
•Send invoices to Coop third parties and intercompany entities
•Credit Limit Management & Analysis (requesting new limits, maintaining limits in system, analysis of required limits)
•Reporting to Credit Insurance company of overdue amounts & claims
•Maintenance of customer files (Customer Contracts, Communication, Credit Limits)
•Prepare credit memo’s for Benelux and Emerging Markets customers
•Assist with or taking ownership for projects on an ad-hoc basis

Skills and education:
•Financial accounting education: MBO/HBO
•Previous experience within credit control (1 to 3+ years required)
•Experience with Oracle
•Good written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to prioritize work and respond appropriately to urgent matters
