As an Operations Data Network Engineer & Transport you will be responsible for coordinating data and transport activities within the department, based on a strong technical background. You work with a team to solve complex 3rd line network disruptions in Access, Core and Transmission Network. You ensure that the services provided to internal and external customers are not compromised. You work in projects to continuously renew our network and you will start to rotate on-call services.
Your responsibilities:
- You will coordinate the Data Transport & day to day activities within the department;
- You support the department in a coaching manner;
- You analyze complex platform / customer faults and dissolves them;
- You perform operational management of the Access and Core Network;
- You support in projects, expansions and upgrades;
- You implement network changes both inside and outside office hours;
- You guide and coach (senior) Operation Engineer (s).
