Job description
Allround position including calling, mailing, chat and webcare?activities. You will be workign on improving the overall client satisfaction by delivering excellent customer support. You will be in contact with Dutch and French speaking clients from all over the Benelux.

Allround functie?bestaande uit?calling, mailing, webcare en chat werkzaamheden.?Je houdt?je bezig met het verbeteren van de algehele klanttevredenheid door excellente customer support te leveren. Je hebt contact met Nederlands- en Franstalige klanten uit heel de Benelux.

Requirements
- fluency in Dutch and French

- affinity with technology

- commercial attitude

- fulltime availability; at least 24 hrs a week

- HBO background

- fulltime beschikbaarheid bij voorkeur. Ten minste 24 uur per week

- vloeiend Nederlands en Frans

Salary indication
€ 9,74 per hour +?bonussystem
