Accounting Supervisor - GL

Based in Hoofddorp, this role reports to Finance Manager of IGT Europe. Ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Dutch and preferably another main European language. This role will oversee the AP, AR and Billing functions and will be supervising the team members of those functions.

•???????? Ensures GL is consistent for all 20 entities

•???????? Makes sure processes are aligned for each process stream (AP, AR, Billing)

•???????? Oversees and produces reconciliations where necessary

•???????? Protects the integrity of the G/L

•???????? Proposes process improvements

•???????? Accounting degree

•???????? 10+ years experience as Chief Accountant or similar position

•???????? Experience with SOX

•???????? Experience with US GAAP

•???????? Experience with SAP R3

•???????? Shared Service Center experience

•???????? Excellent motivation skills and a team player

•???????? Works with tight deadlines
