Please note: the position is temporary to cover maternity leave (immediate start - 1st of February 2014)

Job description
- Client contact through email and phone;
- Perform credit check, take care of transportation, payment terms & conditions with new clients in accordance with the sales department;
- Order management;
- Provide customers with information about their orders, deliveries etc;
- Keep files up to date in the CRM system;
- Drafting offers;
- Keeping contact with the carriers and taking care of the export documentation;
- Client handling, supporting Business & Sales Managers.

Requirements
- Accurate, structured, good financial insight
- MBO+/ bachelor degree with several years of experience in a similar role;
- Excel wizard;
- Experience in working with INCO terms and export documents;
- Fluent in Dutch, English and German in speaking and in writing;
- Affinity with technical products;
- You are service minded, independent worker, ability to prioritize and stress resistant.

Salary indication
depending on experience
