What is the job?
As a 1st line Dutch helpdesk agent you will be working on a dedicated client account supporting all the It problems. The Dutch technical support agent will support IT queries by phone, email and remote login. The Dutch helpdesk is open from Monday to Friday but the Dutch It support agents will be required to work the odd shift.

Who are we looking for?
To be considered for the Dutch IT support role you will have to be near native Dutch with fluent English. As the job-title is Dutch IT support you will have previous IT helpdesk experience or a degree in IT. Furthermore you can move in the next 4 weeks to Krakow.

Interview process and salary
Candidates that will be submitted for the vacancy of Dutch IT support will have to go through 4 interviews. They are an initial phone screen, technical test, interview with Line manager and Final HR interview. The successful candidate will be offered 2 weeks accommodation in Krakow. Salary is depending on experience.
