TAT, The Astonishing Tribe, was acquired by RIM BlackBerry in December 2010 and ever since then we have been focusing on creating the next generation user experience for BlackBerry devices. With the new BB10 platform soon to be shipping we have an adventure in front of us with several new products and opportunities. We are right now looking for talents for several positions.
Job description
The successful candidate for this full-time position will be responsible for creating innovative and consistent User Interface design for handheld devices. Two positions.
Qualifications
The candidate must have a solid user interface background, minimum of 5 years experience is preferred. Also have a great interest in the newest technologies and interaction paradigms and is basically a star designer that can show a very strong portfolio. The person we are looking for should be able to see the bigger picture as well as having an eye for details. He/she should feel comfortable with the whole design process from idea and concept generation, information architecture to flows and wireframes. The successful candidate must be self-driven and be able to lead other designers as well as a strong communicator and feel very comfortable interfacing regularly with other teams. The person we are looking for is a team player that is responsible, unpretentious and a good sense of humor. The candidate will be part of our highly talented UX design team in Malm&.
