LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a German and Dutch speaking Customer Service for their client an International Company with offices all over the world based near Cambridge


You will be working in their cosmopolitan and vibrant international import/export customer service team, covering all International customer service queries for the German, Dutch and Flemish speaking markets, however, you will also help out other international team when needed.


In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you have excellent telephone manners and that you are passionate about providing high level of customer service



German and Dutch Spkg Customer Service Executive Duties:



• Answering international incoming calls in either German, Dutch or English


• Managing international customer service queries in an efficient way


• Processing orders received by customers as well as external suppliers

both in the UK and overseas


• Promoting events abroad


• Understanding the company products and how they work


• Present feedback and concepts to the client

•Fluency in German and Dutch as well as English both written and spoken


•Excellent Customer Service and coordination skills with the ability to work on deadlines


•Outstanding communication skills as you will have to liase with international team and clients on a daily basis
