Our client in Belfast are recruiting Sales Advisers French or Dutch speaking.

This particular client has a loyal and colossal customer base. They are one of the largest providers of technology gadgets such as smart phones and tablets. It is important that those we recruit are passionate about the brand as well as giving their customers an excellent customer service experience.

Sales Advisers will:

- Sell the clients products and accessories to customers who call to learn more during their purchasing process

- Provide consultative solutions to customers based on their needs, following the Online Store Customer Engagement model

- Learn about the product and become an expert on the product features and related accessories

- Understand our client's Digital Lifestyle strategy and how the product fits into it

- Leverage multiple sources of information to stay current on product features and technology changes

- Ensure a favourable purchase experience by appropriately setting customers' expectations after they have placed their order, e.g., 'what happens next'

- Enter new sales orders accurately

- Be comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment where calls are monitored, recorded, and assessed

- Have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends

Desired Qualities, Behaviours, and Skills :

- Fluency in written and spoken English and either Dutch or French

- Creative problem solvers

- Has excelled in a customer-facing environment

- Can translate 'tech speak' into every day, understandable terms

- Has experience with PC and Mac

Education and Experience:

- Degree preferred plus 1-2 years proven experience in a sales or customer service environment.

- Ideal candidate will have owned or have experience using various gadgets including Mac, iOS systems, Android, tablets, smart phones

- Technical experience in digital media (music, video, photography) a plus

- Professional verbal and written communication skills
