Helpdesk Technician - Maarssen, Netherlands
Trilingual - Excellent Skills In French, Dutch And English

Helpdesk Technicians support the use of those services and their components. They work in a flexible way, being involved in a variety of activities including problem resolution; installation, configuration and upgrade of service components; and the technical administration and monitoring of IT services.

The Helpdesk Technician is strong in communication and is very customer orientated. He or she has very good organisational skills and is able to take ownership. The perfect candidate has a pro active attitude, is motivated to always deliver quality service

What Will You Be Doing?
•Provide solutions to customers in regards to their enquiries
•Identify and resolve technical issues affecting customer client systems
•Troubleshoot technical issues
•Supports the customer in all aspects right through to problem resolution
•Keep the customer informed and updated throughout the whole process
•Completing of all administration required
•Our client is a well known Japanese computer company

What Must You Have?
•Minimum MBO level 3 / 4 (English equivalent: Secondary Vocational Education)
•Fluent French, Dutch & English
•At least 6 months proven experience in a Service Desk environment
•Being able to work in shifts on in a 7 days a week, 24 hours a day environment
•No criminal record and/or registered at Police for criminal offences as required by our clients (screening may take place)

What Has Our Preference?
Successful candidates should ideally have a minimum of 6 months experience in technical support working within a Microsoft environment (Windows Operating Systems XP and Windows 7, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Network Connectivity, and Print Services)
