Job description

The job
assist the activity of the Project Managers and create a clear tmeframe for the completion of the projects
manage and control listing of activities for the Project Manager;
prepare and control project planning for the Project Manager;
gather and report progress on planned items and reports;
liaise with Subcontractors on progress achieved for inclusion into reports;
assess the environmental impact of assigned project.

Job requirements

The profile
educated to MBO/HBO level or equivalent - ideally a Supply Chain/Planning Management related degree;
at least 3 - 5 years experience in marine construction industry (engineering/ management/ operations);
excellent knowledge of project planning systems and methods;
ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project);
conversant in English (verbally and in writing); Fluency in Dutch is a plus
knowledge of QHSE-related matters;
knowledgeable of technical and engineering aspects of the (subsea) offshore industry;
up to date with all relevant rules & regulations;
good communication skills;
set priorities within project planning;
organised and secure;
social team player with hands-on attitude.
