eCommerce Customer Support Agents – Danish, Norwegian or Dutch.

Our client based in Belfast requires eCommerce Customer Support Agents. Candidates must be fluent in one of the following:
Danish, Norwegian or Dutch.

Salary ?15,642 per year and relocation assistance.

RESPONSBILITIES:
- High level of professionalism and customer service skills
- Responsible for resolving customer queries via email and telephone.
- Maintain and promote a positive attitude whilst meeting productivity goals.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in written and spoken English & Danish/Norwegian/Dutch
- Customer Focus - 6-12 months excellent customer service experience or one of the following areas:, Fraud Investigation, Card Issuing and or merchant acquiring Credit Card, Transaction Processing, GL Reconciliation, Account Processing, Chargeback Processing, Debit Card Reconciliation, Account Processing, Chargeback Processing, Debit Card, ACH
- Specialist Expertise
- Proficiency with MS Office, Internet, strong working knowledge of PC based internet and software applications. The ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.

- Ability to work in a customer focused, target-driven environment and experience in communication with external customers (email & phone)

- Demonstrates experience of working in a team based environment supporting the team in achieving the highest quality standards and takes an active role in generating team morale Proven problem solving skills and experience in delivering practical solutions.

Terms and Conditions

HOURS OF WORK:

40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern. Monday to Sunday from 8.00am to 05.00pm

SALARY:
?7.45 per hour (equivalent to ?15,500 per annum gross (taxes to be deducted).

RELOCATION PACKAGE (if applicable):
-Reimbursement of travel costs
-Accommodation provided on arrival in Belfast
-Relocation class on first day
-Ongoing relocation support
