Job description IT Application Manager

management of all IT applications ;
maintain, support and improve the IT Applications environment;
coordination of IT projects;
implementation of new functionality;
organize customer involvement and acceptance;
service delivery management towards external suppliers;
produce and maintain documentation, processes, procedures and configuration information;
prevent problems, signal bottlenecks and propose solutions;
backup of colleagues.

Job requirements IT Application Manager

HBO / B.sc level in Information Technology or other relevant area;
proven experience in IT domains infrastructure, applications, network, security;
fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written;
additional certificates in Prince2, MCITP/MCSE is an advantage;
hands-on knowledge of MS SQL, MOSS;
proper communication skills, specifically in stressful situation;
eager on innovation and smart use of IT;
prioritize, planning & organizing and work independently;
problem solving skills and communication skills;
hands-on attitude.
