LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Executive fluent in either Dutch or French as well as excellent English to work for an international interior design consultancy providing luxury furniture internationally

You will be working in their cosmopolitan and vibrant international customer service department, providing excellent customer service as well as account management to their clients abroad as well as providing translation for their marketing department - These staff will not just be desk based but will need to be able to talk to clients in store and support the showroom team in the west end, this is the perfect role for someone who enjoys working both in an office while also enjoying face to face customer service

Dutch spkg Interior Design Customer Service/ Account Manager Duties:

Responsible for providing excellent client service on the phone at all times, providing excellent product knowledge
Liaising with clients in order to understand their interior design needs, you will be passionate about interior design and understand their taste, needs and budget in order to propose the right product for them
Providing customers with detailed knowledge of the products and industry fairs as well as exhibitions coming up
Translations into the relevant language, working at speed to ensure all enquiries are answered in a timely manner.
The role will be both in the office and in their showroom so need to have customer facing skills as well as written/spoken on phone and retail experience valuable. .

Dutch spkg Interior Design Customer Service/ Account Manager In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:

Bilingual in English as well as Dutch
Having previous experience as an Customer Service Advisor/ Executive either within an office or retail, showrooms, boutique etc
Excellent account management and coordination skills with the ability to work on deadlines
Outstanding communication skills as you will have to liaise with international team and clients on a daily basis
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
A passion for interior design products or a strong interest in working in this field
Confidence personality but not arrogant (politeness and friendliness required at all times)
