LRS (Language Recruitment Services) are recruiting a Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor with fluent Dutch and English and a keen interest in fashion. Our client is an iconic Fashion Brand and the role will be based at their main London office. Candidates should have a solid background in fashion retail and/or Customer Services.

The Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor will be required to offer our client's online, store and concession business customers support in English and Dutch. Duties will include handling inbound customer enquiries via e-mail / phone / mail; assist customers with website use and contribute to its development; processing of orders; provide assistance and advice to the stores relating to complaints, quality issues, policies.

Dutch speaking Customer Services Advisor -Requirements:
Fluent Dutch & English
Previous customer services or fashion retail experience
Ability to prioritise workload and hit deadlines
Good communication skills both written and spoken
Ability to use initiative and to work in a fast- paced professional office environment
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
