DUTCH LANGUAGE SPEAKING CUSTOMER ADVISOR ?14,500 PLUS BENEFITS

Our client is a global company which has an international reputation and a flair for providing first class customer service solutions to clients and their customers. Due to sustained growth we are looking to recruit a number of candidates into the business and we are presently looking to recruit you if you are fluent in Dutch and English and can demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

What do these roles entail?

As a customer advisor you will be expected to take calls from customers and assist them with their enquiries. The calls will relate to particular products and daily activity will vary depending upon the nature of the particular client however the focus is always on providing a professional first class service to customers.

Excellent Training is available to ensure that you are fully aware of the product information. This, coupled with your langauge skills will afford you an opportunity to ensure that all customers leave with a sense of satisfaction and feel confident about the service which they have received from you.
