Our client, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company market leading in health and well-being is currently looking for a Sales Administrator with fluent German or Dutch to assist the Company in maintaining its goal of World Class Customer Service.
You will be working in a multilingual team as a Sales Administrator with fluent German or Dutch your main responsibilities vary from handling incoming phone call and assisting with new German or Dutch customers enquiries to processing orders received via telephone, fax, e-mail or internet. The Sales Administrator with fluent German or Dutch will use Excel spreadsheets on a regular basis and also handle translations and proof reading tasks. Fluency in any Western European language in addition to Dutch or German would be a distinct advantage.

Profile
- German or Dutch to mother tongue standard with fluent English
- Additional Western European language is strongly preferred
- Solid experience in handling inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to client/customer queries via telephone, fax, e-mail or internet and providing translations
- Experience working in a customer support, customer services or client support environment
