Manager Accounting HQ Companies for large Telecom multinational

This Telecom Company operates in 17 countries across 4 continents. They employ around 60,000 people with over 60 nationalities. In the corporate headquarter in Amsterdam around 120 people are working in a multicultural and professional atmosphere. The Corporate Accounting department is part of the Finance department and consists of 5 people. For this department we are looking for a Manager Accounting HQ Companies.

As a Manager Accounting you report to the Senior Manager Accounting HQ Companies and you have 2 direct reports. You are responsible for the accounting & reporting of 4 HQ companies. Your responsibilities include:

• Time registration and intercompany invoicing
• Purchase to pay process
• Drafting and updating processes
• Filing VAT returns
• Monthly (intercompany) reconciliation of accounts
• Preparing annual reports and audit file
• Reporting to DNB
• Financial reporting HFM
• Preparing tax packages
• Preparing cash flow statements
• Sox controls
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Monthly management reporting per cost center
• Develop reports in accounting software Mill7 and Excel controller
• Preparing power point presentations
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Updating database with all accounting, tax and legal documents
