This role will see you speaking directly to Merchant customers from the Dutch market, making it easier for them to do business with us and by recognising their value to us and solving their issues. In addition, you will service our Merchants via incoming and outgoing mail correspondence, solving financial queries and managing maintenance requests.

As an excellent communicator, you値l know how to establish a personal rapport and genuine connection with people on the phone. Above all, you値l know how to listen to our customers and understand their needs. You値l also have a professional approach and a strong team work ethic. Fluent spoken and business written English, and Dutch is essential.
