Are you the experienced service oriented and enthusiastic French speaker on a native level who is looking for a new position as Senior Customer Support Representative?

For one of our fast growing International retail clients we are looking for a French speaking Senior Customer Support Representative. A person who is service oriented, communicative, enthusiastic, active and very social orientated.

Tasks and responsibilities
• Order Management
• Call handling (mostly inbound but also outbound)
• Complaints handling
• Handling of service and return requests as per defined processes
• Ensuring that repeat order targets are reached every season
• Provide support to B2B customers
• Responsible for key accounts
• Handle customer telephone calls and emails in a timely, efficient and effective
manner
• Manage calls and emails from end consumers in a timely, efficient and effective manner
• Release orders from the warehouse
• Supporting other departments when needed

Skills and education
• Bachelor degree
• At least 2 years experience in Customer Support
• Speaking fluent French and English
• Communicative, socially orientated, active
