Are you the experienced Office Manager with excellent organization skills who is looking for a new position as a Senior Office Manager?

For one of our international clients we are looking for an English and Dutch speaking Senior Office Manager. Someone who is experienced as an Office Manager within a commercial environment, service oriented, communicatively strong, enthusiastic, independent, active and had a professional attitude.

Tasks and responsibilities
•Ensure the smooth running of the office and liaise with Managing Agents.
•Project manage office relocation.
•Carry out all general support functions, including phone cover, post/couriers, and reception service for guests.
•Negotiate with office suppliers and providers, and maintain stock control.
•Oversee the office telecommunications systems, including mobile phones.
•Book all travel for staff.
•Support to director.
•Set up new staff desks and equipment.
•Prepare and carry out all staff inductions.
•Report sickness and absence days.
•Plan the annual external corporate event calendar.
•Organise, co-ordinate and attend external events.


Skills and education
•Bachelor degree.
•At least 5 years experience in Office Management.
•Speaking fluent English and Dutch.
•Communicative, independent, commercial.
•Good organizational skills and a professional attitude
•Pro-active and ability to work on own initiative
