Job description
As a Human Resources Executive you provide a full HR generalist service to The Netherlands based business, based in Den Bosch, but also supporting colleagues in the Naarden site as necessary. The focus of this role is on Staffing & Recruiting, Training & Development, Performance Management and general HR Operations.

HR Operations

- Supporting the day-to-day HR operations
- Consulting and supporting the managers in all HR related topics
- Involved in national and international HR projects
- Negotiation with Works Council
- Strong support of Change

Staffing & Recruiting

- Recruiting for national and international positions
- Ability to recruit, assess and select top talent in a timely manner, partnering with HR Manager Central Region, other HR colleagues and Department Managers as required
- Identify and use external agencies where necessary to satisfy recruitment objectives in a professional and cost effective manner

Training & Development

- Recommend and source appropriate training solutions, which are consistent with the company’s business/quality objectives and will help individuals achieve these
- Ability to assess development, training and retention strategies to optimize resources and capability
- Alignment of internal training and coaching, using the most effective training methods and suppliers to meet relevant business goals and retain staff
- Supporting the EDGE corporate training initiative(s)

Performance Management

- Ensure that performance excellence practices are fully integrated and that the processes are completed to raise the performance expectations within the business

Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration and/or holder of an HR-related qualification.?
- Minimum of 5 years experience in all aspects of Human Resources particularly employment legislation but ideally some experience obtained from an international environment would be advantageous
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Fluent in Dutch and English, good knowledge of another European language would be an advantage
- Training experience and competence
- Computer/HRIS literacy and knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS-Office

Salary indication
50 to 55K gross per year
