Voor een internationaal bedrijf zoeken wij een callcentermedewerker (first line). Het is een project voor ongeveer 1 jaar. Het is noodzakelijk dat je de Nederlandse, Engelse taal en de Franse taal spreekt.

Job Purpose:

Provide professional customer service to customers contacting the company regarding invoice queries.

Principal Accountabilities:

* Promptly take and manage customer calls
* Accurately process mail and faxes
* Accurately log all customer queries in Oracle
* Meet individual productivity targets on number of contacts per day (calls/mail/fax)
* Meet targets on Abandoned Call Rate
* Resolve uncomplicated queries immediately
* Meet individual targets on number of queries resolved

Knowledge /Skills /Experience:

* MBO-level or equivalent by experience.
* Administrative experience, preferably in a financial environment.
* Customer service experience.
* Experience in Microsoft Windows as an end user.
* Language skills: fluent in English, Dutch and French
