Netflix heeft besloten zijn Customer Service afdeling bij Stream Global Services in Amsterdam onder te brengen en op 4 september zullen we met de training starten. De trainers komen voor deze training vanuit de US over naar Nederland en de training zal dan ook volledig in het Engels gegeven worden.
De sollicitatieprocedure bestaat uit 2 rondes. De eerste ronde zal plaatsvinden in week 32 en 33 en de tweede (meer interactieve ronde) zal plaatsvinden in week 34 en 35.
Je bent tussen de 24 - 40 uur per week beschikbaar en bereid om tussen 12.00 en 20.30 uur te werken (de afdeling is 7 dagen per week open). Als je part-time wil werken moet je wel de eerste 4 weken fulltime kunnen werken ivm de training.

CUSTOMER SERVICE FILMS EN TV SERIES

Responsibilities:
An obligation to deliver outstanding, concierge level customer service
Receive inbound calls, gather and verify required information
Maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and proper information is given
Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products
Achieve all assigned key performance indicators e.g. DSAT, call handle time
Attend team meeting/additional training sessions as scheduled
Share best practices and encourage development with staff and peers
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
(near) Native Dutch and good English skills
Ability to listen attentively and to use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet the customers needs
Ability to effectively probe customers to obtain information needed to process requests
Strong customer service, analytical and decision making skills
Energetic, dynamic way of handling customers in a conversational manner
Motivated to be a consistent high performer self-identifying ways to improve performance; taking initiative to identify areas of opportunity; receptive to and able to appropriately incorporate feedback
Ability to operate a phone system, personal computer
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays - working hours will be mo su between 12.00 20.30 hours
You are available 24 40 hours a week and can attend training (first 3 weeks) fulltime if you are applying for a pt position.
